Dr. Zade completed his MBBS from Govt. Medical College, Nagpur. He pursued higher studies in radiation oncology and clinical oncology from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. During his residency, he received extensive training in high-precision radiotherapy like IMRT, IGRT, stereotactic radiotherapy for brain tumours, and stereotactic ablative body radiotherapy for lung and liver tumours. He was awarded a university topper in the MD examination in 2009 from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. He completed DNB in Radiation Oncology from the National Board, Delhi.

He joined Ruby Hall Clinic in 2010 as a consultant radiation oncologist. He pioneered 4D CT-based stereotactic ablative radiotherapy for lung and liver tumours in Ruby Hall Clinic. He also started perineal interstitial brachytherapy treatment for difficult female genital tract cancers. Both of these technically challenging modalities have yielded very impressive results so far. He has a keen interest in the treatment of breast cancers, especially in Extreme Hypofractionation (FAST FORWARD) and cardiac sparing radiotherapy using the Deep Inspiratory Breath Hold (DIBH) technique. He has been a part of the bone marrow transplant unit and total body irradiation for myeloablative conditioning. He has been the principal investigator and co-investigator for various study protocols. He has delivered and chaired scientific sessions at various national and international conferences.
