Dr Kedar Patil has been practicing in Pune as a Bariatric and Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon since 2014. 

He is an acclaimed National Faculty in the field of Bariatric and Minimally Invasive Surgery. He has received recognition and awards for his Surgical videos at various International and National Conferences- Laparoscopic Gastric Plication, a cost-effective Bariatric Surgery and Laparoscopic Management of Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome, to mention few. 

He has been invited to deliver talks at Bariatric and Hernia Surgery conferences at various National and State level meetings at New Delhi, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Raipur, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Chennai, Bhubaneshwar, Kolhapur, Aurangabad and Pune. 

Dr. Patil has conducted two National Conferences- on Abdominal Wall Reconstruction (AWR) -latest techniques in Hernia Surgery in 2021 and Suture Sculpt in 2024. To add to his knowledge sharing venture, he has also conducted an online conference, two workshops on Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery. 

 He has publications in several International and National Medical Journals of repute.

Being the Secretary of IMA Pune, he has also been the Executive Committee member of Maharashtra State Chapter of Association of Surgeons of India ( ASI). He is presently the Executive Committee Member of Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (AMASI).
